Motorola Mobility LLC, or Motorola, is a consumer electronics manufacturer primarily producing smartphones and other mobile devices.

It has been a subsidiary of Chinese multinational technology company Lenovo since 2014.

The company had previously belonged to Google.

In 2014, Lenovo announced that it wanted to use Motorola Mobility to expand into the US smartphone market, which the Chinese company Lenovo unfortunately also managed to do.

So everyone who buys a Motorola phone supports a Chinese company and thus the threat posed by aggressive communist China.
